For Xero organisations

Xero consolidated reporting

Report Craft consolidates unlimited Xero organisations into one Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance — with intercompany eliminations and a bundled PDF — from $1 per ledger.

Xero doesn't consolidate organisations — Report Craft does

Xero is excellent for a single organisation, but it has no native way to roll several organisations up into group financial statements. Firms with multi-entity clients are left exporting each organisation's trial balance and stitching them together in a spreadsheet every reporting cycle. Report Craft removes that work entirely.

Connect each Xero organisation through the official Xero connection, map every organisation's chart of accounts to a single group chart, post your eliminations, and generate a complete consolidated report bundle — front cover, compilation report, P&L, balance sheet, trial balance and notes — as one print-ready PDF.

Xero consolidated reporting FAQ

Does Xero consolidate multiple organisations natively?
No. Xero has no built-in way to consolidate multiple organisations into group financial statements — it is one of the most-requested features on Xero's own product ideas forum. Report Craft fills that gap: connect each Xero organisation and produce one consolidated set of statements.
How many Xero organisations can I consolidate?
As many as you need. There is no cap on organisations in a group, and you can combine Xero organisations with QuickBooks Online companies in the same consolidation.
How does Report Craft connect to Xero?
Through Xero's official OAuth 2.0 connection — you authorise each organisation once and Report Craft pulls in the chart of accounts and up to five years of period data. We never see your Xero password.
Can I eliminate intercompany transactions?
Yes. Post consolidation adjustments and elimination journals to remove intercompany loans, sales and investments so the group statements reflect only external activity.
What does Xero consolidated reporting cost?
Report Craft is billed per client ledger on a graduated scale — from $8/month for a single ledger down to $1/ledger at volume. Every plan includes all report types, both Xero and QuickBooks, and a 14-day free trial.
