Professional financial reports from MYOB, for accounting firms

A firm with clients on MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks usually ends up with three looks for the same statement. Report Craft connects MYOB alongside the others and gives every client the same professional pack, with your firm's name on it. The figures come straight from MYOB's own reports, so what you sign off matches what your client sees in MYOB to the cent.

Connecting a company file

1. On Client Ledgers, click Connect Ledger, then Connect to MYOB, or press Alt+M.
2. Authorise on MYOB's own screen. You will need to be an Admin or Advisory user on that MYOB business. Your MYOB password is never shared with Report Craft.
3. Add the rest. Connect another company whenever you are ready.

Report Craft reads the chart of accounts, up to five years of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet figures, the period's journal transactions and the company's details.

A refresh takes seconds and tells you how it is going. Connected MYOB ledgers also refresh overnight, so the first person in each morning opens current figures, and scheduled report packs refresh a MYOB ledger before they send it.

What reaches your MYOB file

Reporting and consolidating write nothing to the file. The one thing that can reach it is a journal: someone your firm's administrator has allowed can post a journal from a report, and undo it.
